Chapter 1.1: A Halfwit, A Useless Piece of Trash

Nine Heavens Continent, Moon Howl Dynasty.

Main street in the bustling Capital City.

A rotund and chubby young lady was lying flat on the ground. She seemed to be about fourteen or fifteen years old, her facial features pudgy and squeezed together, a little unlovely and unattractive looking.

Blood was trickling down from her forehead, the pallor of her face pale, her breathing soft and faint.

A good looking but extremely skinny youth, his brow covered in sweat was struggling to push through the crowd, running over to cradle the young lady in his arms. He shook the lady anxiously, trying to shake her awake, but the lady did not stir in the slightest, her body temperature starting to become cold.

The look in his eyes became frantic with panic, his heart anxious as he opened his mouth, but no sound came out from his throat. Only tears spilled out from his eyes, and people could see from his lips that the youth seemed to be soundlessly mouthing the words “elder sis”.

“Could the Fourth Prince have beaten Mu Wushuang to death?”

“I heard that Mu Wushuang was pestering the Fourth Prince endlessly, but this is a little too much!”

“So her younger brother Mu Yuheng is really a mute! Look, there is no sound coming out of his mouth though he is crying so hard!”

“Cease this racket!”

Right at that moment, the unconscious young lady suddenly opened her eyes, her voice so icy cold it sent a chill down everyone’s spine.

The first thing that she saw when Mu Wushuang opened her eyes, was a good looking face that was as handsome as the finest jade, his dark brows striking like faraway tall peaks. Although a little young and puerile, he was already highly eye-catching but was really too skinny. His bright eyes were filled with surprise and his undried tears still glistened upon his long eyelashes. Seeing that she was now alright, the youth then turned his face away feeling a little embarrassed, though the arm holding her did not loosen the slightest bit.

In order to reclaim ancient Cathay’s most prized treasure, the Vermillion Bird Jade Necklace, didn’t she perish together with that traitor? Where is this place? And why is this good looking chap dressed in ancient clothes?

A sharp wincing pain suddenly shot through her brain as countless images flashed through her mind like a movie playing in her head. Mu Wushuang’s brows furrowed together. She had actually traversed through space and time and came to be transmigrated into the body of the Hou Manor’s Third Young Miss in the Nine Heavens Continent, and both of them shared the exact same name.

She was the most outstanding spy in the twenty first century, bringing people back from the dead with her healing with one hand, and killing evil villains with the other. People say that she is one half angel and one half devil.

But the original owner of the body was a notorious halfwit, her meridians choked from a very young age, making it impossible for her to cultivate neither spirit powers or martial arts. In this place where might made right, a person like this meant that she was doomed to be a useless piece of trash. On top of that, she was fat and rotund, arrogant and bossy, seeing others to be inferior and beneath her, her personality highly unlikeable.
